Artist Spotlight: New York’s Cane Hancho is set to make his mark in the music industry
Cane Hancho, a New York native has got to be one of the most influential artists coming out of his city. His style of music generates from the United Kingdom / Pop Rock / Country vibe. This promising artist has proved with his sound that he is all around versatile. Born in Boston and later relocated to New York, Cane expressed that “life never came easy, the hustle can mortify a weak individual”.
Coming from a family of four that raised him around a piano and drum set, gives him a unique sound that correlates alongside the genre of music he is very much interested in. Hancho stated, “ Music to me plays both sides which I have split personalities for”.
In 2015 Hancho started creating music and in October of 2018, he released his first single on all streaming platforms ‘Not The Same’ featuring Jah Blizzy.
Although Cane hasn't released a body of work yet he has been in the studio working on new music that he anticipates on releasing in 2021. With that being said he ended 2020 off with a bang releasing his top single ‘Swipey’ on December 28th. The NY artist garnered over 4,000 audio streams within a short time span, there is no cap on where this single will take him in the new year.
